A no call no show fee will be applied and client will no longer be able to book . NO EXTRA GUEST EVER ‼️ (kids only for those who have no baby sitter 🥰) Overnight appointments are for my clients only . You must have 6 consecutive services to become a client . The hours are 10PM-7AM. these appointments will be text (959-888-1989) ONLY‼️ Extra guest are not acceptable during these appointments. There is an additional $25 required for these appointments. *AT HOME APPOINTMENTS (AHA) are an additional $50, I will only be serving East Hartford , Middletown, New Britain , Bristol , Newington , Wethersfield , Bloomfield , washing services are prohibited 🚫 for these appointments. There must be a CLEAN open space , with 2-3 outlets and proper chair for me to service you , PLEASE CONTACT STYLIST BEFORE BOOKING AHA. DEPOSITS : All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred and rescheduled using the same deposit in a 14 day period . For example , if you cancel an appointment 5/1 you have until 5/15 to reschedule without paying a new deposit. If the stylist cancels the appointment, you have 24 hrs to decide whether you want a refund or reschedule. Once a decision is made from the time stylist reaches out with options , refunds are no longer available but credit are . Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% cancellation fee for any cancelled appointments after 48 hrs & 100% for no call no shows. Deposits go towards your total balance , for example if your service is $70 your balance when you come in will be $40. Deposits ARE NOT refundable under any circumstances but transferable and can be used up to 14 days later . For any questions please call .
